M390 UAV is a relatively advanced vertical takeoff and landing drone. Its fuselage is made of ultra-light composite material, and the aircraft uses a forward tilting motor unit with a simple and reliable structure. The aircraft can take off and land fully autonomously, which solves the problem that fixed-wing aircraft requires a dedicated runway for take-off and landing.
It uses a unique quick snap connection structure, which can be assembled and debugged within 5 minutes.
Thanks to its advanced aerodynamic design and advanced flight control technology, this aircraft has a long battery life, strong wind resistance and excellent flight capabilities. Advanced automatic flight control system combined with simple operation design enables a single operator to complete the control. The flight control uses a three-redundancy design and perfect safety design, making the aircraft extremely safe.
M390 UAV has ample task load space and perfect interface design, which can be quickly replaced, and accommodates a variety of task loads including HD cameras, infrared / visible light pods, thermal imaging pods, etc., which greatly meets users' various application demand.
Universal Payload Mount
M390 UAV has a swappable universal payload mount that can be removed in seconds and used for various payloads.
The most sophisticated payloads such as retractable gimbals can be installed by integrators into the fuselage and utilize
the available space efficiently. The universal payload mount has predetermined mounting points that are precisely machined in aluminum frame as well as removable ballast slugs that will simplify the payload integration process considerably.
Performance
Sleek and efficient design gives best in class performance. Optimized for endurance, M390 UAV airframe has enough internal volume to lift 7.5 liters of fuel which will provide 20+ hours endurance with the fuel injected engine. Optimized high lift flap system provides stall speeds of <13 m/s while giving excellent flight handling qualities due to a well designed V-tail geometry.
Modular design
All components of the M390 UAV are easily removable and completely interchangeable. Wing splits in three 1.1 meter sections and the V-tail splits in two parts. High-end industrial grade push-pull connectors are installed in tail-boom joints as standard.
The quick release fastening is used extensively in M390 UAV airframe. Access covers are equipped with 1/4 turn quick fasteners, tail-booms are equipped with a purpose developed quick release aluminum joints.
