Automatic workshop
The automatic production line for machining the inner and outer rings of bearings is developed and designed for the machining process of bearing rings. According to the process requirements, it is composed of a truss manipulator device, a CNC lathe, and a loading and unloading device. At the same time, in response to the characteristics of processing bearing rings, the main motor power has been increased, the machine tool power is abundant, and the processing efficiency has been greatly improved. It can automatically turn bearing rings up to 300mm in diameter. The feature of this line is that the blank is directly machined online, saving operators in the original bearing ring turning process and achieving significant comprehensive benefits.
Heat treatment
Fully-automated controlled atmosphere mesh belt furnace bearing quenching production line and controlled atmosphere roller furnace bearing salt-bath quenching production line, equipped with over 30 units of physicochemical testing equipment, including spectrometers and metallurgical microscopes, providing strong guarantee of high-standard, high-quality bearing products.
Cold treatment
Cold treatment of bearing parts is a key technology for quality control in the mechanical industry, which utilizes the ultra-low temperature cooling of bearing parts in industrial refrigerators to obtain uniform, stable, toughness improved, and wear-resistant materials for bearings or parts. The bearing parts industrial refrigerator is an ultra-low temperature industrial freezer that uses a compressor refrigeration system to operate and output a low temperature environment of -60~-160 ℃. The bearing parts are cooled in the box environment.
Grinding
Fully-automated loading/unloading high-precision surface grinding mill, cylindrical grinder, integrated compound automatic grinding processing, zero-lag.

Assembly workshop
A clean and tidy assembly workshop, where workers have been busy assembling bearings. There are vibration meters and noise detection equipment in the workshop, and each set of bearings is strictly inspected to ensure the quality of each set of bearings.
Packaging
Each bearing is rust proof, vacuum packed, and packaged in a single box.
