1.General Tandem Bearings
Our General Tandem Bearings with two-row, three-row, four-row, five-row, six-row, seven-row, eight-row, shaft type and sleeve type tandem bearings, we can be processed and designed according to customer size requirements. You can choose the required bearing according to the screw center distance, space size and load rate.
2.Tandem Bearings with Shaft
Tandem Bearings with Shaft is composed of several single-stage thrust cylindrical roller bearings, outer spacers, inner spacers and shafts. The inner and outer spacers of each thrust cylindrical roller bearing are arranged in series on the shaft and locked with a spring clamp to form a shaft-type tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearing. The tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearing is a non-detachable bearing unit, which is easy to install and use, reduces the complexity of assembly, ensures the bearing assembly accuracy and load-bearing performance, and improves the service life of the bearing.
3.Sleeve Type Tandem Thrust Bearings
Sleeve-type tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearings are composed of several thrust cylindrical roller bearings, outer spacers, inner spacers and sleeves. Generally, 6-level or 8-level thrust cylindrical roller bearings are connected in series, and the bearing is externally added with a whole or half sleeve. Sleeve-type tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearings have radial positioning, and the sleeve can protect the bearing parts. It has preload and does not require adjustment during use. Sleeve-type tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearings have small radial dimensions, large axial load capacity, good load-bearing performance, higher assembly accuracy, and are convenient for transportation, storage, installation, use and maintenance.
4.Inch Tandem Thrust Bearings
Inch Tandem Thrust Bearings are constructed of "stages" with each stage consisting of precision ground and matched thrust retaining rings and compression bushings separated by cylindrical roller assemblies. This design makes tandem thrust bearings a solution for applications where space is limited. The bearings are available in 2-8 stages to suit your design requirements. These bearings are available in a variety of sizes and options. For special models, drawings are available upon request that include the information in the figure below as well as dynamic load rating information. Shaft and housing fit data is also available upon request.
