The difference between YRTC bearings and YRT bearings
The difference between YRTC bearings and YRT bearings
The main differences between YRTC bearings and YRT bearings lie in design optimization, performance
improvement, and application scenarios.
YRT bearings are a type of rotating mechanism with outer ring rotation and inner ring support, mainly
divided into three series: YRT type, YRTS type, and YRTM type. These bearings have the same installation
dimensions, but there are differences in internal structure and similar performance.
They are composed of three columns of rollers, with two columns of axial rollers ensuring stable axial
load-bearing capacity, and one column of radial rollers ensuring that the bearing can withstand radial
forces and overturning moments, suitable for axial load-bearing rotary mechanisms. YRT bearings are
mainly used in the CNC machine tool manufacturing industry, and domestic demand still relies on imports.
The precision parameter standards of domestically produced YRT bearings are also based on international
manufacturers.
In contrast, YRTC bearings are an optimized version of YRT bearings, improved for high-speed and stiffness
requirements. By adopting a new plastic cage, stronger bearing rings, and new rolling elements, the YRT
bearing has been optimized, resulting in an increase of up to 80% in speed and 20% in tilt stiffness for the
YRTC bearing.
This optimization enables the machine tool to achieve higher cutting performance and accuracy. The
characteristics of YRTC bearings include reducing bearing friction torque, increasing bearing limit speed,
axial retainer with grease retention function, high overturning stiffness, and high precision.
These characteristics make YRTC bearings particularly suitable for milling turntables, which can reduce
driving power and heat generation, thereby reducing accuracy loss caused by heat generation.
In terms of application scenarios, YRT bearings are suitable for various rotary mechanisms that require
high precision and high load-bearing capacity, such as the turntable of CNC machine tools. Due to its
excellent performance improvement, YRTC bearings are particularly suitable for machine tool operations
that require high speed and high stiffness, such as milling turntables, providing higher cutting accuracy
and reliability.
